Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote BHyve's solutions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the Indian market and B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation, cold emailing, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Experience in training and mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
